refactor(org): Reorganize keybindings and adjust defaults

- Merge org-ql-search under C-c n q prefix
- Replace org heading navigation with paragraph movement on M-{ and M-}
- Add journal and archive to denote signatures
- Increase olivetti width from 80 to 85
